Having been associated with a number of companies before, I have attended a lot of training programs/seminars before & had lots of opportunities to interact with international trainers & presenters, but I really feel your presentation was truly the best.

It was indeed a pleasure getting to know you, and to attend your workshop on Customer Service Excellence.

Some of the concepts that you had highlighted were new to us, in the sense that they heightened our awareness to facts that were obvious but we were oblivious about, especially those pertaining to the UGRs. I will certainly be putting some of these into practice in our organisation.

Many of us at the seminar were particularly impressed by your presentation and communication skills, especially because this was your first visit to our country. India is so diverse culturally, that if you travel from state to state, it would be quite akin to travelling through different countries. You were able to relate quite well to many of us who come from different cultural backgrounds, and this I think is a fairly great achievement.

Do stay in touch, and I look forward to your next visit to my country, hopefully we should be able to meet or at least talk on the phone.
