A note on spelling... In Australia, we follow Australian English conventions, so some of the spelling may look a little strange to our US readers.... Thanks to people who have recently told us we spell 'organisation' incorrectly - but that's the way we Aussies spell it!

Our name change - the newsletter was named Cultural Intelligence™ in February 2004 - prior to that, it was called the Awesome Service newsletter. The name change took place to better reflect the content of the newsletter, plus we think it's a pretty smart concept! You'll find all newsletter prior to February 2004 with the Awesome Service masthead.
